All prices include VAT.
Eisma Guest House has the right to make changes in the price list.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the money/advance payment will not be refunded.
Rental conditions – house rules
1. The reservation is confirmed by advance payment! Each event must be 100% paid for 10 days before it starts. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
2. We prefer to rent out the entire complex on weekends (R-F) in June – July – August.
3. During the low season (October 1 – April 30), the guest house is reserved only for groups.
4. Check in 15:00 – check out 11:00. If possible, late check out, every next hour €10 room / campsite.
5. If the guest house is not vacated by 11:00 a.m., the client is obligated to pay one day’s accommodation fee.
6. If the entire complex / house is not rented, single guests can also participate in the breakfast.
7. Breakfast is served until 10:00.
8. Consuming your own drinks and food on the territory of the Eisma Guest House by agreement (for an additional fee).
9. The complex / house is handed over at check-out in the same condition as at check-in.
10. If it is necessary to move furniture (barbecue tubs, tables, chairs, beds), the furniture must be placed as it was at check-in at the time of check-out.
11. Smoking is prohibited in the buildings. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.
12. Bonfires are prohibited on the territory of the Eisma Guest House.
13. Pets are not allowed in Eisma Guest House.
14 October 01 – April 30 the hot tub is not heated and is not offered as a service.
15. Eisma Guest House issues an invoice for a deposit of €1,000 before the visit and returns it within a few days if the house rules have been followed.
16. Eisma Guest House has the right to make changes in the price list.
